•         Desired Profile requires experience in large scale projects like 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, multiplexes, hospitals, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc.

Qualification Required: Diploma/Engineering- Electrical  

Job Description: Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems for the Shopping Mall. Will be responsible for complete maintenance of Electrical and HVAC systems – Ducting / Insulation. Responsibility towards efficient operation of HVAC to ensure right ambient conditions within the Mall. In charge of Civil Repairs, Maintenance and Fire Fighting Systems and plumbing utilities. Ensuring safe practices in operations & maintenance. Co-ordination and liaison with Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to work execution. Responsible for maintenance & services of the assigned sites, AMC maintenance of all equipment, timely payment of all bills relates to electricity, water supply, procurement of all accessories and materials and manage inventory for the same, reports Responsible for maintenance & services of the assigned sites, AMC maintenance of all equipment, timely payment of all bills relates to electricity, water supply, procurement of all accessories and materials and manage inventory for the same, reports

Mall Operations :

Understanding of CAM models. Insurance and Risk management. Liaising with mall operations for ensuring smooth entry- exits. Effective management & control of risks in respect of machinery, equipment, fire services and electrical reticulation. Management and control of risks as defined in the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Compile monthly management reports – technical and financial. Liable for maintenance, proper storing and handling of raw materials, tools and machinery, inventory control of them with proper techniques. Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments.
