SR.ENGINEER MEP/ASST.MANAGER-MEP

  • B-Tech (Electrical )
  • 07-10 years of experience.

JOB ROLE

  •  Preparation and Checking of Electrical drawings of all Projects.
  • Coordination with consultants and internal architects for MEP drawings & BOQs.
  • Coordination with contractors and getting the work done as per schedule
  • Preparing MEP work packages and estimates for projects in coordination with the Planning and Budgeting Dept.
  • Preparing timelines for MEP works for projects in coordination with planning dept.
  • Preparing and updating on status reports for MEP work.
  • Time/cost cutting/reduction with reference to base estimate through value engineering.
  • Checking drawing documentation quality and maintaining records pertaining to MEP drawing and documentation.
  • Checking MEP related safety at site, adhering to norms, preparing and maintaining documentation.
  • Certification of Bills related to MEP work.
  • Co-ordinating for all MEP commissioning work and handing over all warranty and its concern operating procedure documents and drawings to the administration department for handing over to customers as well as to associations.
  • Responsible for issuing and coordinating the Drawings for MEP Services (Electrical ,HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting works and Security Systems) for residential buildings.
  • Planning, Co-coordinating and Executing of project with consultants, contractors and various agencies to ensure Quality, Speed, Economy and Safety at site.
  • Assisting in reviewing the materials and drawings before and after implementation and suggesting changes if required.
  • Preparation and Verification of bills raised by various contractors/MEP subcontractors/agencies at site.
  • Responsible for raising requisitions for materials as and when required.
  • Assisting HOD in processing all functions of the MEP division.
  • Prepare the Estimate and Cost of materials, issue the Work order and prepare the Contractor bills (coming under Electrical section).
  • Checking the Purchase Request of materials and arranging purchase to the concerned site through the Purchase department.

FACTORY SUPERVISOR - ( INTERIOR WORKS )

  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design 
  • 03-05 years of experience.

  • Technical Proficiency & Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

    JOB ROLE

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the interior design industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, reporting, and documentation purposes.
  • Well aware of interior drawings & materials
  • Attending any on-site meetings or events
  • Understanding the Drawing provided by the Designer and Planning work Schedule .
  • Manage and coordinate  with carpentry staff and subcontractors.
  • Should be able to prepare and understand the cutting list for factory production.
  • Oversee day to day operations of the  Factory production work status
  • To ensure the finished products from the factory are as per the finalized measurements and drawing.
  • To coordinate the product dispatch from the factory to the respective site on time.
  • Coordinate with the site supervisors and design team during the process of factory production.
  • To ensure the materials used are of good quality for production.

ENGINEER-QUANTITY SURVEY (SITE/OFFICE )

  •  B-Tech (Civil) and prefer  female candidates 
  •  2-3 year experience .

JOB ROLE

  • Preparation & Issue of BOQ
  • Analysis of Tender Documents, Quotations etc.
  • Collecting approved drawings from autocad department
  • Preparing estimation
  • Issuing work orders
  • Certifying contractors bills and forwarding it to accounts department,Measurement checking of work done at site.
  • Preparing tender comparisons
  • Preparing details of payment made to the contractor and coordinating with accounts department
  • Assisting in preparation of Tender Documents , Quotations etc.
  • Preparing estimation and finalizing with approval of HOD
  • Verifying contractors bills and forwarding it to HOD
  • Preparing details of payment made to the contractor and assisting Manager Quantity survey for preparation of estimation and checking of RA bills.
  • Entering all data in Far vision(ERP) and updating the same.

ENGINEER-CUSTOMER RELATIONS

JOB ROLE

  • Enquire customization requirements to all customers after sending customization packages to each
  • In case of additional customization requests, coordinate with the Site-In-Charge/Project Head to confirm feasibility of customization request
  • Follow up with customers to obtain confirmation for customization details and pricing.
  • Conduct site visits to check typical floor, Electrical , Plumbing  and  Quality of each work.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and validate implementation of customer customization. Conducts site visits to check general snags after completion of project
  • Prepare reconciliation chart to check installations in each flat
  • Coordinating with each customers and also for handing over functions.
  • Coordinate with Site-In-Charge to rectify customization snags identified during the property inspection .
  • Obtain customer feedback for service delivered and forward the same to the HOD for analysis
  • Update the customization tracker to reflect closure of handover process
  • Regular record updation and tracker maintenance of various CRD works.
  • Regular follow up with respect to completion of customer suggestions and thus to ensure total customer satisfaction.

ENGINEER -WATER PROOFING

  • B-Tech (Civil ) /Diploma in civil with good communication skills
    Good knowledge and experience in waterproofing applications work.
 
  • 2-3 years of experience in waterproofing High-rise Apartments
  • Experience in handling  Estimation and Billing Works of waterproofing work.
  • Good  knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities.

JOB ROLE

  • Responsible for correction and maintenance of waterproofing treatment and application work (Pre & Post construction).
  • Assist in identifying seepages or defects in the project’s existing waterproofing membrane/coatings.
  •  Handling documentation, (Preparation of Reports, Reconciliation, Billing ,site surveying, measurement and estimation etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate reports on water proofing  project work status 
  • Site workers wages /attendance monitoring
  • Perform visual inspections to projects for quality inspections.

  • Exercise professional advice to clients when required.
